What is Internal Assessment?

Common IA Types by Subject
Sciences: Individual investigation (lab report) – 10 hours, 6–12 pages
Mathematics: Exploration – an investigation into a mathematical topic of your choice
History: Historical investigation – 2,200 words on a historical topic using primary sources
English: Individual oral – 15-minute commentary on a literary text
