This notice explains what MamyWorksheet keeps about you, why, for how long, and how you stay in control. In short: you can use the whole site without an account, nothing optional runs without your agreement, and we never sell your information.
Using the site without an account
You do not need to give us anything to read, print or play. A few settings are kept in your own browser so the site remembers them: your language, light or dark mode, how numbers are shown, your cookie choices, and announcements you closed. They are not used to follow you.
The site also keeps anonymous daily counts: how often pages are viewed, how often activities are started and finished, searches that found nothing, and addresses that do not exist. These counts contain no name, address or identifier.
Cookies and your choices
When you first visit, we ask before anything optional is switched on. You can accept, refuse, or choose, and change your mind at any time from Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.
Advertising helps keep the worksheets free. The ads come from Google AdSense and are not personalised. They never appear on pages made for young children.
Analytics counts visits so we know which pages are useful. It is off unless you agree.
If you refuse, the site works exactly the same.
Interactive activities
Interactive tools: your progress, best results and sound setting are saved in your own browser so you can continue later. Without an account they are never sent to this website, are not shared with advertisers or analytics, and disappear when you clear your browser's data. If you choose to sign in, your finished results, favorites and study streak are stored in your account so they follow you to your other devices, and you can download or delete them at any time. For everyone, the site counts how often a tool is started and finished as anonymous daily totals, with no name, address or identifier. This does not depend on the cookie notice because the tools need it to work. A problem report contains only the tool, its version, the page address, your browser type and your message; it asks for no name or contact details.
Accounts, newsletter and free downloads
Accounts are optional. An account keeps your email address, a name you choose, an age group (never your birth year), and your progress, results, favorites and study streak. Nothing is sold or used to show you advertising. People aged 13 to 15 get stricter defaults: no newsletter, no offers and no campaign tracking. You can download your data or delete your account from your profile; deletion removes everything within 24 hours. Campaign links: if you arrive from an advertisement and have accepted measurement, the campaign name in the link is counted for that campaign's results; without that consent only an anonymous total is counted. Newsletter and downloads: we ask for your email only with your clear agreement (an unticked box), send a confirmation link first, and every message has a one-step unsubscribe.
If you sign in with Google, we receive your email address, your name and an account number from Google, nothing else; we do not post anything for you. A free download that asks for your email keeps the address, the name you gave and your agreement until you ask us to remove them.
Children
Most of the site needs no information at all. Accounts are for people aged 13 and over: we ask for a birth year once, keep only an age group, and if you are under 13 we keep nothing. People aged 13 to 15 get the stricter defaults described above. Pages made for young children show no ads and run no optional scripts.
How long we keep information
An account: until you delete it. An account whose address was never confirmed is removed after 30 days.
Finished results: 24 months (at most the newest 500).
A newsletter sign-up that was not confirmed: 7 days. A confirmed one: until you unsubscribe or delete your account.
Campaign counts from advertisements: 13 months, and only with your agreement.
Anonymous counts: up to 26 months.
Reports of errors on our servers: 30 days.
Who else handles information for us
We share information only with the services that run the site for us, and only what each needs: the company that hosts the site, the service that sends our emails, Google for sign-in with Google and for ads, and Sentry, which receives reports of errors on our servers after anything personal has been removed from them. None of them may use it for their own purposes.
Your rights
You can see and download your information, correct it, delete your account, unsubscribe from emails, and change your cookie choices at any time. Most of this you can do yourself from your profile; for the rest, contact us.
